The Unit Manager, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, oversees clinical services on the skilled nursing unit to ensure quality resident care in compliance with policies. They may also supervise other units or sectors, focusing on clinical customer service, assessments, communication, audits, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Oversee clinical services on the skilled nursing unit.
- Supervise other units or sectors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
- Provide clinical customer service, assessments, communication, audits, and compliance oversight.
- Active RN license.
- CPR certification.
- Background check and TB testing required.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be able to relocate to Camp Verde, AZ.
- Preferred: 3+ years of nursing experience and BLS certification.
- Pay: $40-$45 per hour.
