Use accounting software and meticulous recordkeeping as a full-time Bookkeeper at Cycle CPA’s in-office accounting firm. Support accurate financial reporting.
Cycle CPA seeks an organized, proactive Bookkeeper for its accounting team. You will maintain financial records, assist with reconciliations, and support day-to-day bookkeeping. Strong communication, technological proficiency, and attention to detail are essential while serving business clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Record transactions and categorize expenses accurately
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts
- Investigate discrepancies and collect missing information
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and messaging
- High skill with technology and willingness to adapt
- Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook and Excel
- Fluent English communication, written and oral
- High attention to detail
- Organized and proactive approach to bookkeeping
