West Urban is seeking a Project Administration Assistant for its Campbell River, BC team. The role supports Project Managers and the Project Administrative Supervisor across construction phases. Responsibilities include project files, RFIs, submissions, purchase orders, change orders, reporting, correspondence, and closeout documentation.

• Maintain consistent project filing systems with Project Managers
• Prepare and log accurate files and documents
• Assemble RFIs, submissions, and complex project documents
• Prepare purchase orders, award recommendations, and change orders
• Collect closeout drawings, manuals, warranties, and permits

• Minimum two years in an administrative office role
• Construction industry experience across project phases
• Strong organizational skills and workload prioritization
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
