Position: Customer Service Representative at U-Haul
Be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service as a Customer Service Representative in Campbell River, British Columbia. Help customers with equipment maintenance and rentals using advanced technology.

In this role, you'll join a supportive team dedicated to providing assistance to customers both inside and outside U-Haul centers. Key skills include managing rentals with U-Scan technology and ensuring equipment safety. With positions offering valuable on-the-job training, your role is vital in maintaining the high standards U-Haul is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services

• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals

• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers

• Clean and inspect equipment checking fluid levels

• Educate customers about products and services

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs

• Ability to operate forklifts (certification provided)

• Participation in ongoing U-Haul education
