Support City of Campbell River staff with frontline IT troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, and network access in a permanent full-time position. This client-focused role works on site with flexible work arrangements available.
The City of Campbell River seeks an experienced Client Support Analyst for its Information Technology Team. You will support City staff and the RCMP central helpdesk while maintaining reliable computer systems, software applications, mobile devices, and peripherals. The work includes Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365, and related business applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide frontline and intermediate technical support to City staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage helpdesk requests and resolve technical problems
- Support technology projects and mobile devices
- Assist users with effective IT resource use
- Three years of related IT Client Support experience
- Two-year computer sciences or information technology diploma
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
- Ability to pass RCMP Secret Level Security Screening
Bring client support, Microsoft technologies, and troubleshooting experience to the City of Campbell River Information Technology Team.
