Multi Site Environmental Services Supervisor

Lead multi-site housekeeping and laundry operations in Port Hardy, Port McNeill, and Alert Bay. Coordinate assignments while supervising teams of 5 to 16 designated staff.

This casual supervisor position supports housekeeping and laundry services within Vancouver Island Health Authority facilities. You will coordinate and evaluate work assignments, administer daily services, and contribute to patient safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Regular travel between the three locations is required.

• Supervise designated housekeeping and laundry staff
• Coordinate daily work assignments across multiple sites
• Evaluate completed work assignments
• Administer assigned housekeeping and laundry services
• Support patient safety and continuous improvement responsibilities

• Grade 10 education or equivalent preparation
• Three years of recent related experience
• Effective communication verbally and in writing
• Ability to deal effectively with others
• Physical ability to carry out assigned duties
