The Store Manager leads daily retail performance while supervising and developing the management and store team. You create communication plans, uphold store conditions, support loss prevention, and promote safety. Success requires two years of retail management and customer service experience, integrity, and adaptability.

• Create communication plans for teams at GSM meetings
• Ensure store conditions meet established standards consistently
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Participate in loss prevention strategies and investigations

• Two years of retail management and customer service experience
