Retail Store Manager Sales

Position: Retail Store Manager Sales Growth
Drive store sales growth with JYSK Canada by setting targets, maintaining standards, and developing a high-performing management team.
The Store Manager leads daily retail performance while supervising and developing the management and store team. You create communication plans, uphold store conditions, support loss prevention, and promote safety. Success requires two years of retail management and customer service experience, integrity, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

Set store strategies, sales goals, and performance targets
Create communication plans for teams at GSM meetings
Ensure store conditions meet established standards consistently
Promote and maintain a safe work environment
Participate in loss prevention strategies and investigations
Requirements:
Two years of retail management and customer service experience
Ability to work in rapidly changing environments
Complex decision-making aligned with company guidelines
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and various shifts
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
