As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage multiple provincial payrolls while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Process comprehensive payroll for multiple provinces

• Maintain payroll records and employee documentation

• Resolve discrepancies and review timesheets thoroughly

• Assist in T4 distribution and payroll audits

• Create management reports from payroll data

Requirements:

• PCP designation or equivalent payroll experience

• Two years of relevant Canadian payroll processing experience

• Proficient in Excel for data reporting

• Knowledge of employment legislation across Canada

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
