Key Responsibilities:
• Generate invoices and handle payment processing

• Answer calls and manage account adjustments
• Prepare and manage bank deposits
• Maintain inventory through monthly cycle counts
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of office experience
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Familiarity with JD Edwards is beneficial
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
