Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager at U-Haul
Take charge of construction projects with U-Haul as their Construction Project Manager. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and compliance to ensure successful project completions.

In this role, you will report to a U-Haul Business Consultant and supervise all project phases. Your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing construction, renovation, or maintenance projects. A strong focus on compliance with municipal and federal regulations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases including budgets and schedules

• Plan and coordinate construction and maintenance activities

• Review documentation before bids or proposals

• Support contractor and trade selection processes

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field

• 3–5 years of construction experience required

• Prior experience with U-Haul necessary

• Ability to operate forklifts with training

• OSHA certification preferred
