EBC is seeking a dedicated Live-in Building Manager to support projects across Canada. In this role, you'll coordinate daily technical and administrative tasks while collaborating with foremen and engineers. Your insights will help manage project schedules, materials, and subcontractor files, ensuring every project meets health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily project activities and coordination
• Plan and manage technical inspections and documentation
• Facilitate contract negotiations and schedule adherence
• Handle material orders and conflict detection
• Participate in on-site meetings with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Relevant experience in engineering or construction
• Driver's license required for travel
• Availability for 4 months on-site in Campbell River
• Strong teamwork and adaptability
