The Special Services Associate follows Customer Order Management orders from beginning to end until customers are satisfied. This role coordinates with the Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot Associates, vendors, installers, delivery companies, and service providers. It supports customers by ensuring requested products and services arrive accurately and on time.

• Follow Customer Order Management orders through final customer satisfaction
• Ensure requested products and services arrive timely and accurately
• Coordinate order activities with internal teams and external providers
• Act as liaison among customers, designers, vendors, and installers
