Become a Training Facilitator with Broadstreet Properties to enhance the onboarding system. Lead impactful training sessions that foster employee success and development.
As a Training Facilitator, you will be key in delivering tailored training programs for new and existing staff. Your ability to utilize varied instructional methods will ensure successful training aligned with organizational goals. Work closely with hiring managers to assess trainees' progress and facilitate the necessary skills for their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually
• Guide staff on essential procedures and skills
• Document and evaluate training progress for improvement
• Offer coaching and targeted feedback continually
• Implement Health and Safety training when needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education qualification
• Minimum of 3 years in business operations
• Experience leading training programs within hospitality
• Knowledge of adult learning theories
• Strong organization and time-management skills
