The Admissions Advisor position focuses on assisting prospective students in navigating their program choices and the application process. You will be the first point of contact, facilitating enrollment and helping students achieve their personal goals. Additionally, you will conduct interviews and outreach activities, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students in exploring career-aligned programs
• Guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment
• Conduct interviews to assess student readiness
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Provide customer support via various channels
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• High organization and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
