In this pivotal role, you'll assist classroom teachers by addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. Your background in counseling, teaching experience, and commitment to adolescent development will be crucial. You will also provide individual and group counseling support to students facing challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers to plan for student needs
• Provide counseling services, both individual and group
• Develop substance abuse prevention strategies
• Assist students with social and learning difficulties
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in counseling with practicum
• Proven teaching experience at the elementary level
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques

• Familiarity with technology and counseling software
