Rivercity Inclusion Society is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for part-time work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role requires a current BC License and three years of experience in inclusive childcare settings. Ideal candidates will also possess skills in documentation, communication, and effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate within an inter-professional team
• Establish supportive relationships with children and families
• Document child progress and maintain records
• Create a calm and responsive environment for children
• Work independently and manage physical demands of the role
Requirements:
• Current BC Early Childhood Educator License
• Minimum three years’ experience in inclusive settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude
• Preference for candidates with Special Educator qualifications
