Position: Civil Engineer for Field Operations
Support civil projects as a skilled Field Engineer. Oversee daily production, manage project adherence, and drive compliance with specifications while collaborating in the field and office.
Your responsibilities will include meeting with project crews to confirm resource availability and evaluate production schedules. You will play a pivotal role in gathering project data, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining quality control documentation. Flexibility in both office and field settings will be essential as you coordinate effectively with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all materials and equipment are on schedule

• Collect and analyze project data for quality assurance

• Track performance metrics and document activities

• Manage technical elements for project planning

• Collaborate with subcontractors and site crews
Requirements:

• 3-5 years in civil engineering or related field

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards

• Experience with construction software tools

• Valid BC driver’s license needed
