Become a Technical Support Analyst with the City of Campbell River's IT Team. Deliver expert technical support while ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and applications for staff and the RCMP.
In this critical role, you will troubleshoot various IT issues, manage helpdesk requests, and support technology projects, making a direct impact on operational efficiency. The role requires proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and related applications, enabling city staff to maximize their IT resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance for staff and RCMP helpdesk
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity problems
• Oversee helpdesk requests and support projects
• Assist with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows software
• Deliver responsive IT support throughout the organization
Requirements:
• At least three years in an IT support role
• Two-year Computer Sciences or IT diploma
• CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
• Clean Driver’s Licence and abstract requirement
• Pass RCMP Secret Level Security Screening
