In this full-time role, the Client Support Analyst will join the Information Technology Team in Campbell River, enjoying a vibrant locale on Vancouver Island. You will resolve a range of technical issues, manage helpdesk requests, and assist users in maximizing their technology experiences. Your work will include support for applications like Microsoft 365 and other critical software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective frontline technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Oversee helpdesk requests and ensure timely resolutions
• Support technology projects and user engagement
• Provide assistance for Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Requirements:
• At least three years in a client support role
• Two-year diploma in relevant fields essential
• CompTIA A+ Certification or similar required
• Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
• Clean driver’s license necessary
