• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the building’s interior and exterior areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas.
• Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure proper operation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from various departments to minimize downtime.
• Repair or replace fixtures such as lights, faucets, locks, door handles, tiles, and drywall.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the maintenance workshop and ensure tools and materials are stored safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and building systems.
• Assist in setting up, assembling, or moving furniture and equipment as needed for operations or events.
• Maintain landscaping, walkways, and outdoor areas to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and attractive.
• Monitor building safety systems, including alarms and fire suppression equipment, and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Keep maintenance logs and record all repairs, replacements, and service activities.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations, and use protective gear and equipment when necessary.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.

• Education:
  
  Secondary School or equivalent experience.
• Experience &
  
  Skills:
  
  5 years or more experience in building and facility maintenance within luxury hotels and resorts.
• Language:
  English.

Hourly Rate: $28.85 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week.

Starting Date:
As soon as possible.

Terms of Employment:
Full‑time and permanent.

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay.
