Discovery Community College invites experienced nursing professionals to teach as part-time HCA Instructors. You will deliver lessons, mentor students, and supervise clinical training, all while adhering to PTIRU compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical and online instruction

• Implement lesson plans according to PTIRU compliance

• Supervise and assess hands-on training in clinical settings

• Foster a supportive learning environment for students

• Stay updated on best practices in nursing education

Requirements:

• At least 2,800 hours of nursing experience in recent years

• Full registration with the BCCNM as LPN, RN, or RDPN

• Teaching experience is advantageous

• Competence in Office 365 and Student Information Systems

• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
