Bayshore Home Care Solutions, a division of Bayshore Healthcare Ltd., is developing a staffed residential home for adults. This Registered Nurse position combines clinical nursing with daily-life support in a warm, home-like environment. You will help clients navigate health journeys, connect with the community, and build greater independence.

• Support adults’ daily lives in a residential home
• Help clients maintain life skills and independence
• Navigate clients’ unique health journeys
• Support connections with the Campbell River community
• Provide stability, safety, and belonging

• Active Registered Nurse license with BCCNM
• Compassionate approach to adult residential care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
• Willingness to work part-time or casual shifts
• Pediatric experience is an asset, not mandatory
