Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.40

Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team. In this role, you will support store operations by assisting on the sales floor, ensuring smooth daily operations and team efficiency while performing heavy lifting and warehouse related tasks.

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Engage in daily heavy lifting and warehouse related tasks.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock shelving, and managing shipments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and perform cash management duties as needed.

• Retail industry or related experience.
