Product Support Sales Representative

Use hands-on parts and service expertise as a Product Support Sales Representative in Campbell River, BC, supporting equipment customers directly.

SMS Equipment seeks a technically skilled representative with industrial sales experience and heavy equipment knowledge. You will build professional customer and manufacturer relationships while providing OEM and third-party parts and service solutions. The work is fixed on site, at the office or customer locations.

• Represent SMS Equipment through hands-on parts and service expertise
• Develop equipment repair proposals and service quotations
• Sell parts to owners, contractors, and fleet operators
• Coordinate service, warranty, billing, and equipment issues
• Travel throughout assigned territory for after-sales support

• Minimum three years of industrial sales experience
• Experience in heavy equipment and large construction equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills with customers and original equipment manufacturers
• Ability to travel and drive company vehicles extensively
