DACO Construction specializes in wet/dry utilities, grading and paving.

As a Project Manager/Estimator at DACO Construction, you’ll wear many hats. From crunching numbers to ensure accurate project estimates to overseeing the entire project lifecycle, you’ll be a key player in delivering projects that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

• Dive into blueprints, specs, and proposals to create detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure our bids are both competitive and comprehensive.
• Build relationships with various customers to ensure successful projects

• Take the reins on project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep everything running smoothly.
• Monitor project progress, identify any bumps in the road, and implement solutions to keep things on track.
• Ensure we’re always up to code and meeting all safety standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns quickly.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure our projects meet their expectations.
• Help negotiate contracts and manage project budgets to ensure everyone’s on the same page.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management and estimating within the general engineering construction industry.
• Proficiency with estimating software or excel.
• A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects at once and stay calm under pressure.
