Building Supervisor; Insurance Repairs

Campbell Construction Co is now seeking an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to join our team in the Rockhampton region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of multiple domestic insurance jobs to ensure a positive and high-quality repair on every job.

• Prepare reports, quotes, and insurance damage assessments
• Coordinate subcontractors & suppliers for high-quality repairs
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and team members
• Meet KPIs & ensure compliance with OH&S & legislative standards
• Maintain records in Prime Ecosystem & insurance platforms
• Occasional travel during major weather events

• Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred)
• QBCC Supervisor Licence or the ability to obtain
• Experience in site supervision, estimating, scheduling & insurance repairs
• Tech-savvy with repair management systems & Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of NCC, QBCC Standards, WHS regulations
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of finishes from your trade team
