Graphic Designer Virtual

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer with a strong instructional design and marketing background to support the launch of our clients new Brand Building University (BBU) initiative. This consultant will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of the program, developing a new logo, and elevating the overall look and feel of training materials. The ideal candidate brings both strategic design vision and hands‑on production experience, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across communications, marketing, and learning teams.

• 10+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably supporting corporate brands or training organizations.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how visuals impact learning effectiveness.
• Experience working with marketing or communications teams on brand approval processes.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and/or Figma.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience developing logos, brand systems, templates, and corporate visual identity materials.
• Brings a proactive design vision and can guide stakeholders who may not have design expertise.
• Prepare design files for future use in swag, promotional items, and internal communications (e.g., shirts, hats, digital assets).

Start:
Mid-December targeted.
Duration: 8 weeks with possibility of extension.

Hours:

up to 40 hours per week working during normal business hours in any US time zone.

Location:

100% virtual.
