• Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities and ensure the highest quality of care within your classroom.
• Assist in overseeing the Infant and/or Toddler program, evaluating and enhancing curriculum.
• Train and mentor fellow staff members and act as liaison between the Director and staff within your age group.
• Visit other sites to share knowledge with employees at sister schools and assist in planning and facilitating school‑wide staff in‑service meetings.
• Lead an award‑winning program and serve as a role model for peers.

Base pay range: $52,000 – $61,360 per year. Hourly rate for Head Teacher: $25.00 – $29.50 depending on experience, education, and position requirements.

• Hands‑on training, one‑on‑one coaching sessions, and team check‑ins with the Leadership Team.

• Associate’s Degree.
• Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including the Infant/Toddler Development course (Action Day Schools will help complete this if necessary).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children.
