Overview

Elements Massage Campbell recently launched therapeutic skincare services
, and we’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our team and help us grow this exciting new offering.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and build an in-demand service within an established massage studio. If you’re motivated, passionate about skincare, and excited to bring in new ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

• Hourly base pay starting at $18/hr (based on experience)

• Commission on services and enhancements performed

• Estheticians typically earn $21.50–$24 per facial (before tips)

• $40–$60+ per facial including tips

• Paid time between appointments

• Additional pay for no-shows and late cancels (restrictions apply)

• Employee discounts on retail skincare and massage services

• Paid training

• Paid liability insurance for team members working 22+ hours/week

• Preventative health coverage for qualified employees

• Licensed to perform facial services in California

• Passionate about skincare and client care

• Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented

• Strong attention to hygiene, detail, and presentation

• Comfortable with evenings and weekends

• Excited to help grow a newer service and contribute ideas

• Experience in spas, beauty, or med spa environments is a plus—not a must

• Step into a service that’s still growing

• Collaborate with studio leadership to refine offerings

• Help shape client experience and skincare culture from the ground up
