Job Description:SYNERGY Home Care of Silicon Valley, award winning company of "Provider of Choice" and "Employer of Choice", is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide care for memory care/dementia patients in a supportive, home-based setting. This is a specific opportunity servicing our client with Dementia and Physical limitations in the South Bay.
Duties include:Personal Care
Feeding and light food prep
Engaging client
Taking notes and communicating with client's family and support team
Maintaining
Kind, engaging, and reliable individuals
Experienced working with seniors with dementia
Strong personal care skills (ADLs)
Strong communication skills and able to take accurate care notes
Registered as aHome Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
Immediate assignments available
Advanced Memory Care/Dementia training provided - PAID
