Arteris is seeking a Director of Product Management and Marketing - Cybersecurity to drive the industry-leading Cycuity Radix product line, including its adoption and proliferation across commercial and government customers developing semiconductors. The Arteris security business unit, that you will collaborate with, offers leading-edge products and services to help customers detect and remediate security weaknesses during the semiconductor design process, solving a growing challenge in electronic systems and its underling semiconductors chips and chiplets.

You will work with multiple teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and field engineering to define, support, and enable the deployment of the hardware security assurance product portfolio and related solutions. The goal is to help semiconductors design organizations to build an effective, proactive cybersecurity program that ensures chip designs are secure before they go to manufacturing. Leveraging your business and technical background in semiconductor design and Electronic Design Automation (EDA), you will lead the product management and marketing process for the cybersecurity products including requirement gathering, competitive analysis, product roadmap planning and execution oversight, packaging & pricing, go-to-market, and customer feedback processing.

Furthermore, you will drive and collaborate with the broader Product Management and Marketing team, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Ecosystem Marketing on security related content creation, collateral development, launches, industry trade shows, promotion, sales enablement, and engagement with ecosystem partners. This internal and external-facing role also includes key engagements with business and technical media, as well as customer visits to deeply understand their needs and to articulating the technical benefits of our products and solutions.

You will primarily partner with the security business unit, including its R&D, sales, and technical field teams, and coordinate all efforts with the broader Arteris Marketing team and broader Arteris Sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity to accelerate the growth of a market-leading semiconductor cybersecurity business by driving and expanding an innovative product portfolio and its adoption, from building awareness to driving customer success.

• Drive the detailed security product strategy and roadmap that meet and exceed the provided business goals. For this, you will closely collaborate with all stakeholders, including R&D, sales, field engineering, and finance. You will maintain a formal documentation and tracking process including MRDs and PRDs and communicate the roadmap to all relevant parties including customers.
• Research and closely monitor the hardware cybersecurity landscape and establish Arteris as a thought leader and comprehensive solution provider. This includes understanding market segments and their needs, industry trends, competition as well as standards, regulations and legislation.
