** As a
** Client Solutions Manager,
** you aren’t just selling space; you are designing integrated ecosystems. You will be the bridge between high-level client challenges and our world-class portfolio of data, digital, and premium content brands.
* Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams to build high-impact, insight-driven marketing campaigns that leverage our unmatched national reach.
* Think beyond the banner. You’ll develop commercially savvy, "outside-the-box" media solutions that solve real business problems for Australia's leading advertisers.
* Take the lead on responding to high-value briefs. You’ll craft the narrative and confidently present your vision to major agencies and Tier 1 clients.
* Partner with our data gurus to turn raw audience intelligence into compelling human stories that back up your recommendations.
* Manage the workflow from initial spark to final pitch, ensuring every team from Digital to Product is aligned for a flawless execution.

You are a proactive, high-energy professional with a "solutions-first" mindset and at least 3+ years experience in media, advertising, or marketing.
* You have a deep understanding of the Australian media landscape. If you have experience in comms or media planning, you’ll fit right in.
* You are a natural storyteller who can influence, negotiate, and build immediate trust with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* You can juggle a high-volume portfolio and tight deadlines without breaking a sweat, using Google Workspace and data tools to stay ahead.
* You thrive in the "good pressure" of a fast-moving news environment and can pivot quickly as market trends shift.
