Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Campbell, CA (primary), with support to Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Redwood City locations
Setting: Assisted Living and Memory care
Pay: $37 to $40/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours (6am–2pm, 9am–5pm, or 2pm–10pm), with occasional weekend support as needed

Well Tech Partners is hiring on behalf of a family-owned senior care group dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care across its memory care and assisted living facilities in the Bay Area. We are looking for a reliable and compassionate LVN to take on a leadership-support position working closely with the nursing teams across four facilities:
Campbell (48 beds), Saratoga (49 beds), Los Gatos (79 beds), and Redwood City (58 beds).

This role is ideal for an LVN with strong communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working across teams and supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursing staff, while ensuring residents receive excellent care. This role is 100% administrative focused and does not involve direct clinical hands on care.

• Work closely with the nursing management team to support day-to-day clinical operations
• Be the go-to person for Campbell and provide occasional on-site support at nearby facilities as needed
• Communicate with physicians and families under the supervision or direction of the RN Manager
• Assist in reviewing resident documentation prepared by CNAs and fellow LVNs to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Help onboard, train, and guide CNAs and new LVN staff to promote quality care and teamwork
• Support compliance with internal protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Provide leadership presence on the floor as needed, especially during shift changes or high-demand periods
• Collaborate with facility leaders to maintain a positive, compassionate, and efficient work environment

• Active California LVN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting preferred
• Comfortable working in a leadership or supervisory support capacity
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with interdisciplinary teams
• Flexible and open to working in multiple nearby locations as needed
• Experience in memory care is a plus, but not required

• Interviews and onboarding will take place at the Campbell facility
• While Campbell is the home base, this role may require occasional travel to other sites within short driving distance
