Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) and launch your career in emergency veterinary medicine.
ECMP is an immersive, paid program that combines one‑on‑one mentored ER experience with specialty rotations.
After completing ECMP, you will transition into a full Emergency Clinician role within Med Vet’s multi‑specialty organization.

- Training phases:
Direct, Indirect, Independent - Specialty rotations:
Critical Care, Radiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery - Didactics and access to all medical journals and textbooks via OVID
- POCUS training
- Full doctor salary from day one (salary + production after training period ends)

Who We’re Looking For- DVM or equivalent from an AVMA‑accredited veterinary school
- Licensed (or license‑eligible) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of your assigned hospital
- Passionate about emergency medicine and continuous learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty familiar with your skills and professionalism
