- Provide executive-level support: manage calendar, communications, priorities, and strategic follow-ups
- Oversee transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance and smooth execution
- Manage client experience and CRM to deliver exceptional service throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Coordinate with the marketing coordinator and the field assistant to keep operations seamless
- Optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency across the business
- Handle budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI tracking
- Support listing preparation, buyer transactions, and marketing initiatives
- 2+ years supporting a residential real estate agent or team in an operational role
- Active California real estate license (required)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solver with sound judgment—you assess situations, determine next steps, and present solutions
- Proficiency with CRMs, MLS systems, Docu Sign, CAR Forms, Odoo, Google Suite, Canva
- Collaborative approach with a positive, professional demeanor
