Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $30.80/hr.

• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and Team Members by meeting standards in the MG CARES program.
• Assist with planning, coordinating and participating in a variety of social events/outings to create a vibrant and active community life.
• Engage residents, families and external community in activities and volunteer opportunities that promote socialization, expand personal interests, increase physical activity, and continue education.
• Track resident activity participation and work with the Assisted Living Program Director to adjust calendar events.
• Stay abreast of active‑aging and generational trends to enhance the community program; share best practices with staff and program directors.
• Assist with developing community communications such as activity calendars for residents, families and prospective residents.
• Transport and/or accompany residents to and from outside activities, shopping trips and appointments in community vehicles.
• Set up and clean up activities (e.g. moving furniture, setting up tables and chairs).
• Acknowledge residents’ special days (anniversaries, birthdays).
• Conduct tours of the community when necessary.
• Participate in all in‑service training and education programs as scheduled.
• Assist with ordering and managing supplies for all activities.
• Take responsibility for vehicle inspection as needed.

• High School diploma required;
  College degree or equivalent preferred.
• One to two years of related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Class B Driver’s License with passenger endorsement.
• Preferred social activity involvement and senior‑living experience.

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lb), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
