Help Residents Regain Independence – Join Our OT Team!Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy department. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for OTs who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
Your Role:- Evaluate residents’ physical and cognitive abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Focus on improving residents’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and other care team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab setting preferred
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Dedication to high-quality, resident-centered care
