Dietary Aide

Café at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky

Schedule:

Full‑time position with varied shifts – weekend rotations required.

• Check in weekly stock orders.
• Maintain and monitor stock properly.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Comply with food safety regulations (food temperatures, cross‑contamination prevention, personal hygiene, food storage, etc.).
• Assist with delivering meals to patients and residents.
• Operate the cash register as needed.
• Assist in all areas of the department as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred background in food preparation and sanitary measures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Frequent walking and standing; able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
