PositionRole: Staff Pharmacist
Location: Inpatient Pharmacy at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Part time position with varied shifts
Responsibilities- Accurately checks for correct dose, frequency, and route administration.
- Communicates with professional medical personnel effectively.
- Participates in required education, competencies, and/or any mandatory training.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Continuously monitors and checks technician's work and directs departmental flow.
- Complies with all policies and legal requirements regarding controlled substances and maintains proper documentation.
- Ability to provide on call services, proficient with computer functions and entry, and continuously monitors screens for order duplications.
- Registered Pharmacist or Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Current and Valid KY State license
- Preferred 1-2+ years experience
