Base pay range$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a clinical/in-home setting.
- Teach self-help skills, language/communication skills, and social skills to clients with autism across the lifespan in a 1:1 and group setting.
- Implement behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors.
- Collect data electronically on individualized treatment goals.
- Provide daily written and verbal progress notes on treatment goals.
- Communicate, orally and in a written form, in a clear and effective manner–with clients, families, and coworkers.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops (as assigned by your supervisors) to acquire further knowledge.
- Required:
Being capable of lifting 50lbs. - Must live in the state of Kentucky or Indiana.

Being capable of performing physical activity. - Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: RBT Certification, Experience, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field. Other fields are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA laws.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, technology, and training to perform job responsibilities.
