THE ROLEThe Store Manager is the leader responsible for running all daily operations of an iGo Motors dealership. This person ensures their team delivers results in sales, customer experience, service coordination, and administrative accuracy.
This is NOT a job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building winning teams and owning outcomes.
You will work closely with our Regional Manager, BDC, Service, and Admin teams to ensure your store operates with consistency, efficiency, and excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead the Team- Hire, coach, and hold accountable the store’s sales staff, receptionist, and porters.
- Run daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
- Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and VIP customer service.
- Ensure monthly sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Manage daily appointments, follow-ups, test drives, and contract execution.
- Keep the sales floor energized, organized, and engaged.
- Collaborate with the BDC team to maximize show rates and conversions.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects iGo’s values.
- Ensure after-sale communication and service coordination are smooth and proactive.
- Ensure processes are followed consistently across sales, admin, and service coordination.
- Monitor daily KPIs and use data to make decisions.
- Keep inventory organized, photographed, merchandised, and ready for sale.
- Work with the Regional Manager to diagnose problems and implement solutions quickly.
- Proven leadership experience (automotive, sales, service, or operations).
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Results-driven mindset — you love hitting goals.
- Comfortable with accountability and structure.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Experience in Buy Here Pay Here or auto retail.
- Understanding of sales process, CRM usage, or dealership software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Your store hits monthly sales goals consistently.
- Your team is aligned, motivated, and accountable.
