Job Description
The qualities in a strong Assistant Manager are good leadership skills such as, honesty, being punctual, being hard‑working, and the ability to train new employees.
Responsibilities in this position include:
- taking phone and walk-in orders
- preparing all food products
- cleaning
An Assistant Manager must lead by example and make decisions during stressful situations. They must be able to multi‑task. They also must be able to deliver as needed even if they are primarily an inside worker. Therefore, they must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
