Schedule: Full‑time

• Providing 1:1 care following the client’s plan of care while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed, and assessing results.
• Accurately documenting all nursing actions, communication with family, case manager, physicians, and reporting progress, outcomes, and changes in the client’s medical condition.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services, an affiliated company, recently acquired certain Amedisys home health and hospice operations and is recruiting candidates for open positions within those operations. The successful candidate will initially be employed by Amedisys until January 1, 2026 at the latest. During this period, Amedisys will perform all administrative onboarding activities and offer benefits coverage under Amedisys employee benefit plans.

On or before January 1, 2026, employment will be transferred to Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services. All hiring decisions will remain under the purview of Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services.
