Telemetry Registered Nurse

Telemetry Department, Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky

Schedule:

Part‑time position – Nights

• Ensures optimal patient care.
• Communicates and educates effectively to patients on the level of understanding their process and discharge.
• Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
• Supports a conductive work environment and recognizes emergent situations.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Competent in nursing skills and personally responsible and reliable.
• Follows all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Administers medications and therapies in accordance with the RN Nurse Practice Act and TRH policies.
• Proficient recognizing cardiac rhythms and understanding advanced airway support and ventilation assistance.
• Competent with advanced monitoring equipment.

• Associate degree required.
• Valid KY RN license.
• At least 6 months experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation.
• Frequent bending, standing, and walking.
• Lift over 50 lbs.

✅ BLS required through American Heart Association – renewals are included with TRH employment.
