Bilingual Client Service Representative

Support CIBC clients in French and English as a Client Service Representative at the Campbellton banking centre. Use financial services knowledge and digital literacy daily.

As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will help clients manage accounts and products. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with appropriate team members. This regular, 15-hour role is on-site full-time and may require evenings, weekends, and travel between nearby banking centres.

• Help clients manage accounts and financial products
• Answer questions and assist with banking transactions
• Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
• Introduce mobile banking applications to clients
• Resolve client issues through listening and accountability

• Fluency in French and English
