Serve Atlantic Superstore customers through accurate product scanning, shelf stocking, and responsive service while maintaining a ready store environment.
As a Store Team Member, you will help create positive in-store shopping experiences through product knowledge and friendly conversations. You will maintain displays, support ordering, and set up company-directed promotions. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Stock shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain product displays to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and promotional program setup
- Maintain neat departments and health standards
- No previous experience required; training provided
- Attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Resourcefulness when resolving customer questions
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
