Part Time Retail Key Holder

Support Huk Gear store operations as a Part Time Key Holder using customer service, cash register, and inventory skills. Daytime and evening shifts are available.

This part time retail position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations. You will maintain merchandising standards, assist customers, and contribute to sales targets. The role also includes training team members, replenishing stock, and handling store opening and closing procedures.

• Open and close the store according to company policies
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards
• Provide customer service supporting satisfaction and loyalty
• Train and mentor new team members
• Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of retail experience preferred
• Key holder or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash register operation proficiency
