Use Sage 50, Quick Books, and Excel as an Accounting Technician supporting accurate client records across APA’s Northern New Brunswick offices.
Allen, Paquet & Arseneau LLP seeks an Accounting Technician for its bilingual accounting team. You will support bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll processing, and government reporting. The position serves diverse clients while building technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly bank, receivable, payable, loan, and card transactions
- Complete bank, credit card, and ledger reconciliations
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and supporting documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and GST/HST filings
- Communicate with clients, CRA, and team members professionally
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or related post-secondary education
- Sage 50 or Quick Books experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong accuracy, organization, and time management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills; bilingualism is an asset
