As a Customer Service Agent II, your duties will include entering customer orders, responding to inquiries about their requests, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure production and shipping timelines are met. You will also address any discrepancies and manage requests for credits to uphold service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and enter customer orders accurately
• Address inquiries related to inventory and special items
• Work alongside departments for timely processing and shipping
• Provide customers with accurate lead and delivery time frames
• Handle order statuses and credit discrepancies
Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and accounting
• Knowledge of System 36 and INFOR systems required
• Competent in basic computer skills and typed communications
• Strong ability to communicate with customers
